I am a credit card bicycle tourist. I ride my bicycle across countries all over the world carrying bare essentials and staying in hotels and dining in restaurants. I like Hotel Route Inn in Japan because they provide all the necessary services/facilites. A place to park a bicycle, clean efficient rooms, and a great breakfast to get you going for a 100k bike ride. No other chain offers as much as Hotel Route Inn at a reasonable cost. Over the last 5 years in Japan I have stayed at all the hotels and I enjoy Route Inn the most .

A typical business hotel, but with a couple more amenities than usual. Has a public bath, laundromats, massage chairs, and vending machines. The staff allowed us to take our bikes to our room, so that was very nice.

It's very convenient and a very serviceable hotel. It has a public bath attached which is nice and the breakfast is great.
